Giclée art prints and wall art with obvious installation or usage marks are non-refundable (video/photo proof of undamaged condition is required). • Non-Returnable Items: Custom artwork, pieces with personalized sizes/prints, clearance sale goods. • Damaged or Defective Items: Contact customer service with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange free re-delivery or full refund upon verification, with no need to return the item. • Return Shipping Fees: Buyers cover shipping costs for returns without quality issues.
